The Digital and Web Strategist is responsible for leading the strategy, management, and optimization of the UPMC Children’s Hospital Foundation’s digital presence and online fundraising initiatives. This role oversees the Foundation’s digital engagement and fundraising platform—including email, online giving, peer to peer fundraising, and CRM integration—to support revenue growth and donor engagement. Working within the Marketing and Communications team, this position ensures the Foundation’s website and digital channels are effective, user friendly, data driven, and aligned with brand standards and organizational goals.
After an Orientation period, hybrid work arrangements may be made.
Bachelor’s degree in web design, digital marketing, or a related field•3–5 years of experience in website development, digital marketing, or online fundraising
Experience working with nonprofit or mission driven digital platforms preferred
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with nonprofit digital fundraising platforms.
Engaging Networks experience preferred
Strong understanding of analytics, SEO, and digital best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively
Strong communication and problem solving skills•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
