The role will focus on managing and expanding relationships with manager researchers, field consultants, and OCIO decision makers, strengthening awareness of Wellington Management’s investment expertise and building conviction in the firm’s range of traditional and alternative investment capabilities.
Engagement should be guided by a clear understanding of mutually beneficial outcomes and a demonstrated ability to identify and advance new growth opportunities. The position requires a strong understanding of the institutional consulting and OCIO landscape, including manager research processes, discretionary portfolio construction, vehicle types, and institutional client governance frameworks.
