About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op to join our Brand Finance team, supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnership activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), month-end close processes, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. The Co-op will work closely with Finance and Brand teams to provide financial insights, support planning cycles, and contribute to process improvement initiatives that help drive business performance.

This position is part of our 6-month Co-op Program, running from January 4, 2027 through June 25, 2027. The role follows a hybrid work model, with team members expected to work three days per week from our Boston Seaport Corporate Office and the remaining days remotely.

Process Improvement & Special Projects

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives across multiple finance workstreams.
  • Assist with developing more efficient reporting, tracking, and planning processes.
  • Support ad hoc projects and analyses that contribute to business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Must continue to be enrolled in school after the completion of their co-op.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

What You'll Gain

  • Develop a strong understanding of FP&A processes, including monthly close, accruals, variance analysis, and financial planning.
  • Learn how Finance partners with Brand and business teams to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Build technical and analytical skills through hands-on work with financial models, reporting tools, and business performance data.
  • Receive mentorship, coaching, and professional development support from Finance leaders and team members.
  • Gain exposure to how FP&A influences key business decisions and helps drive the achievement of company financial and strategic goals.
