Position Overview:

You will apply your strategic and operational skills as Chief of Staff to the AI and DT&A Practice Leader. This role sits at the intersection of go-to-market execution, internal AI enablement, firm governance, and operating discipline — responsible for enabling the Practice Leader to operate at their highest level while ensuring the AI & DT&A Practice runs with consistent rhythm and strategic clarity. You should be passionate about AI strategy, business operations, and the role technology plays in transforming professional services. What You’ll Do: Serve as a Trusted Partner to the Practice Leader

The central dimension of this role is serving as a fully aligned strategic partner to the Head of AI & DT&A. The Practice Leader builds — you run. Your success is measured by the Practice Leader's ability to say they cannot operate effectively without your partnership, and by the AI Lab's ability to operate with consistent, well-understood rhythm.

Key Indicators of Success:

You have established yourself as a trusted strategic partner and proxy to the Head of AI and DT&A Practice Leader. Consistent, disciplined operating rhythm is maintained across the team, meetings are purposeful, decisions get made, and nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Bring:

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a chief of staff / TMO-type role. Deep fluency in AI — not as a developer, but as a strategist and operator who can translate between business needs and AI capabilities.
