This position is responsible for assisting Print and Pattern Manager with the creation, development, and execution of seasonal prints, patterns and color from concept through production. The print team acts as a creative liaison between design, merchant, product development team, sourcing, CAD, R&D, and technical design teams in the creation of prints that are both brand appropriate and technically ready for production.

The target salary range for this role is: $50,000 - $57,000*
On-site: This position works on-site at least 4 days per week consistent with the needs of the business at our Talbots office location in New York, NY. *Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills.
