We are looking for a Test Lead/Manager to join our growing team in United States

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid - 3 days)

Top 3 Must Haves:

1. Strong Test Manager experience
2. Good understanding of test planning/ Inter project management aspects
3. Experience in managing client relationship

Required Skills:

• Coordinate with business teams, developers, and product managers to understand requirements and identify new testing opportunities.
• Lead test planning, test execution, and quality assurance activities across multiple projects.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Prepare testing metrics, dashboards, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Create and present project status decks and testing updates during review meetings.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and communicate project progress, risks, and key milestones.
• Knowledge of the Payments domain, including payment processing, transaction flows, settlement, reconciliation, and related testing scenarios
