Brand Associate

You will support the Brand Management team in building and executing commercial and business strategies of the brands, translating them into actionable plans and programs, and monitoring brand and portfolio performance. You will collaborate closely with JTI global brand management, Marketing and Sales teams, and external agencies to support consistent and effective brand execution.

This position is based in Istanbul and reports to the Brand Management Manager.

Position:

As the Brand Associate, you will:

• Support brand and portfolio strategy development through consumer, market and performance analysis
• Monitor brand health, commercial performance and portfolio opportunities, providing recommendations for action
• Coordinate new product development and launch activities with cross-functional stakeholders
• Support trade marketing initiatives, brand activation and budget monitoring
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Global Supply Chain, Research & Development and external partners on brand-related projects
• Contribute to regular business communications, planning activities and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• University degree, MBA or equivalent educational background is a plus
• 2-3 years relevant experience in FMCG marketing and sales function
• Experience in global/local agencies and third-party suppliers management
• Understanding of brand management and basic strategy on FMCG
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and software packages
