Your role

You will:

• Ensure that the customer changes are logged, progressed, updated/authorized and actioned/resolved within the scope of the Service Level Agreement.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on statistical information.

Your Profile

• German language level fluent (minimum C1 level).
• Solid knowledge of automotive engineering.
• Strong communication skills, structured ways of working and analytical skills.
• English will be a plus.
