Your Position

In this role, you will join our Resale Procurement team and take responsibility for selected resale product groups, combining procurement with an end-to-end supply chain perspective. You will manage supplier relationships and support the entire process from supplier selection and negotiation to the operational follow-up of sales orders. Working closely with Sales, Quotation, R&D, Product Management, SCM, and our plants, you will contribute to ensuring availability, quality, and cost competitiveness across the supply chain. Reporting to the Head of Resale Procurement & SCM Europe, you will also play an active role in further developing our resale procurement approach.

Your Tasks

• Independently managing assigned material categories within the resale portfolio, with focus on portfolio optimization, supplier performance and material master data quality
• Processing of price inquiries including COGS calculations and delivery timelines while handling short-term changes and ensuring cross-functional alignment
• Providing commercial support and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, SCM, Operations, QA, R&D and Product Management
• Driving order fulfillment with a strong customer focus, ensuring the best possible balance between availability, cost and supply chain feasibility
• Managing inventory related topics

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in procurement and/or supply chain
• Experience with ERP systems and database management, ideally in an SAP environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions
• Structured, analytical, and hands-on approach with a willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with an interest in continuously improving processes
• Experience in an industrial or production environment is considered an advantage

Languages

English – fluent; German and/or any other additional language – considered an advantage
