About the Role

As a Transformation Specialist within Swiss Re's HR Reimagination Delivery Team, you'll be at the forefront of reshaping how HR operates. This is a hands-on, intellectually stimulating role where your mission is to diagnose how work is currently performed, uncover what needs to change, and design smarter, leaner, future-ready ways of working. You won't just be optimising the status quo — you'll be challenging it. While dedicated Project Managers handle planning and governance, you bring the transformation expertise that turns insight into impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end HR processes, services and ways of working — including hand-offs, roles, systems, data and controls — to build a clear picture of how work flows today
• Perform structured transformation diagnostics to surface unnecessary work, duplication, complexity, failure points, manual effort and root causes
• Leverage process, operational and workforce data to validate findings, quantify opportunities and construct a compelling, evidence-based case for change
• Design and document future-state processes and ways of working, boldly challenging established practices rather than simply refining what already exists
• Identify opportunities to eliminate, simplify, standardise and enable work through automation, digital solutions or AI
• Translate diagnostic findings into clear transformation hypotheses, improvement opportunities, requirements and actionable recommendations
• Facilitate process-mapping and design workshops with HR, business, operations and technology stakeholders, creating collaborative spaces for meaningful dialogue
• Partner closely with Project Managers and delivery team members to ensure transformation intent is preserved and realised through implementation
• Contribute reusable transformation methods, diagnostic frameworks, process artefacts and standards that strengthen the broader HR Reimagination programme

The HR Reimagination Delivery Team is a dynamic, purpose-driven team at the heart of Swiss Re's HR transformation journey. The team is responsible for diagnosing how HR work is currently performed, designing future-state operating models, and delivering practical transformation across HR processes, services and ways of working. Working at the intersection of people, process and technology, the team drives meaningful change that enables HR to operate more efficiently, effectively and in a way that truly supports the business.

About You

You are a structured, analytical and pragmatic professional who is energised by complexity and motivated by clarity. You ask why before how, and you know that the best solutions come from truly understanding the problem first. You're equally comfortable facilitating a workshop with senior stakeholders as you are diving deep into a process map or a data set. You communicate with precision, visualise ideas compellingly, and bring a collaborative spirit that earns trust across diverse teams.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

• Process analysis, process mapping and operating-model thinking — demonstrated ability to map, analyse and redesign end-to-end processes with a critical and structured eye
• Root-cause analysis and transformation diagnostics — proven experience in identifying the underlying causes of process inefficiency, complexity and failure, and translating these into clear transformation opportunities
• Data-driven problem solving and opportunity sizing — ability to use operational and workforce data to validate findings, build a case for change and prioritise transformation efforts
• Future-state process and service design — experience designing practical, implementable future-state processes that challenge existing models and reflect best practice
• Awareness of automation, digital solutions and AI-enabled ways of working — understanding of how technology can eliminate, simplify and enable work, and the ability to identify where these opportunities exist

These are additional nice to haves:

• Experience in HR transformation, HR operations or HR technology environments
• Background in management consulting, business transformation or operations improvement
• Strong written communication and visualisation skills — ability to present complex processes and findings in clear, accessible formats for varied audiences
• Facilitation and stakeholder interviewing skills — confidence in leading workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels to surface insights and build alignment
• Familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, agile or other structured improvement methodologies
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation

For Slovakia, the base salary range for this position is between 3200 EUR and 5300 EUR for a full-time role.

In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Furthermore, you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits. Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
