Are you excited to help people embrace new ways of working in an AI-empowered environment? If this sounds like you, this could be your next opportunity.
As an Organization & People Development Coach, you’ll play a key leadership role in enabling people and teams to perform, grow, and adapt. Blending coaching with line management and organisational development, you’ll strengthen collaboration, build capabilities, and accelerate the adoption of new ways of working in an increasingly AI-empowered environment. This is a unique opportunity to make a real, lasting impact on the professional journeys of 30+ individuals while actively shaping how our organisation develops.
The Digital & Tech Asset Management (D&T AM) team sits within Swiss Re's Group Digital & Technology Office (GDTO) — a global function at the heart of Swiss Re's technology transformation. Our team is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the technology and data architecture that underpins Swiss Re's Asset Management capabilities. We work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and complex financial ecosystems, partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders across the globe to deliver scalable, resilient, and innovative solutions. We embrace a scaled agile model with a shared leadership team and broadly aligned autonomy for our squads — giving everyone the space to do their best work. Our coaching setup is designed to foster a culture where performance and personal growth go hand in hand. Spread across the globe, we share the values of passion, openness, respect, humility, and curiosity. If these resonate with you, you'll feel right at home.
You are a people-centred professional who brings together coaching expertise with a genuine passion for organisational development. You lead with empathy, adapt with ease, and have the ability to navigate complexity — whether you're guiding an individual through a career milestone or steering a change initiative across a global organisation. You communicate with clarity and warmth, and you know how to bring people along on a journey.
For Slovakia, the base salary range for this position is between 3,300€ and 5,400€ per month for a full-time role. The specific salary offered considers the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, as well as the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. You will also enjoy a variety of global and location-specific benefits. Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
