We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our UA team and become the driving force behind scaling the player base and maximizing revenue for one of our category-leading titles, Golf Rival. While your primary focus will be championing growth for Golf Rival, you will be part of a world class UA hub that oversees four major sports powerhouse titles within the Zynga and Take-Two Interactive portfolio: Top Eleven Football Manager, Golf Rival, CSR Racing 2, and Top Goal: Football Champion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work within a small, agile, and multifunctional marketing team dedicated to a specific game. We don't believe in red tape—you will enjoy a high level of autonomy, empowering you to make fast, strategic decisions that have a direct and measurable impact on the product’s overarching success.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-million-dollar UA campaigns across global markets and major ad networks (Meta, Google, AppLovin, Unity, TikTok, PPE networks, etc.).
• Deep-dive into campaign data and analytics to uncover actionable insights. You will track, report, and forecast performance, running rigorous A/B tests to improve campaign efficiencies. Collaborate closely with our dedicated Analytics team to help them build advanced predictive models, further optimise reporting tools and constantly refine our LTV formulas.
• Champion the UA creative process. Partner closely with the Creative and Art teams to brainstorm, test, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives, understanding exactly what visual elements drive conversion and lower CPIs.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

• Marketing Creative and Art team: Work hand-in-hand to brainstorm, test, and iterate on ad concepts, turning your performance insights into high-converting visual masterpieces.
• Marketing Analytics: Partner up to refine LTV formulas, elevate predictive modeling, and ensure every strategic media buying decision is backed by bulletproof data.
• Product Marketing team: Align your user acquisition tactics with overall brand positioning, app store optimization (ASO), and broader go-to-market campaigns to ensure a seamless player journey from ad view to install.
• Product team: Bridge the gap between marketing and development by sharing market trends and acquisition insights, helping to inform live ops and in-game features that drive long-term retention and monetization.

WE ARE A MATCH, IF YOU:

• Have 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing (Experience in Mobile Gaming is highly preferred, but strong backgrounds in Mobile Apps or Web Performance Marketing are also welcome)
• Have a proven track record of managing and scaling large advertising budgets (comfortably handling $500k - $1M+ per month)
• Have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets, work with MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust), and translate numbers into clear marketing strategies
• Have a deep understanding of what makes a winning ad creative and how to continuously iterate on concepts.
• Have a strong strategic and commercial mindset. You don’t just look at the CPIs; you look at the ROI, LTV, and overall business growth.
• Have an ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
• Are curious and committed to fast and lifelong learning
• Are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

• A Player at Heart: A genuine passion for mobile gaming, the broader tech landscape, or sports (specifically football, golf, or racing). You understand the player mindset because you are a player.
• Ad-Tech Savvy: A deep, structural understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem. You are well-versed in marketing measurement tools, mobile attribution (MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust), programmatic advertising, and predictive modeling.
• Technical Chops: Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (like Tableau) to pull your own data and build custom dashboards without waiting on others.
• AI-Empowered: You proactively leverage AI tools to streamline your workflows, speed up creative ideation, and multiply your daily efficiency.

GOOD TO KNOW:

This is a hybrid, on-site position based in Belgrade. Our 3+2 hybrid model remains the standard - Monday to Wednesday in the office, Thursday and Friday are optional remote days. While we prefer working together from the office, we also understand that having some alone time or working from home (or some other location) can be beneficial. It’s about what works, not what’s prescribed.
