We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and support our sales team in driving digital transformation for clients. This role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospects. 💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach to identify potential clients.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities.
• Client Engagement: Build relationships through follow-ups and understand client needs.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve lead quality.
• Performance: Meet or exceed KPIs and monthly/quarterly sales targets.

👤 Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in inside sales, cold calling, and appointment setting (IT consulting experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Goal-oriented, resilient, and adaptable with a strong desire to succeed.
