Job Description

Twój zakres zadań:

Organizacja sesji Assessment Center (AC): wysyłanie zaproszeń, kontakt z kandydatami i obserwatorami oraz aktualizowanie kalendarza i informacji o wydarzeniach
Wsparcie organizacyjne podczas sesji AC prowadzonych w spółkach i w różnych lokalizacjach firmy, w tym przygotowywanie sal i materiałów oraz pomoc w przebiegu ćwiczeń
Odgrywanie ról w symulowanych rozmowach z uczestnikami sesji według przygotowanych scenariuszy
Przygotowywanie i porządkowanie materiałów do sesji oraz wsparcie w opracowywaniu raportów i zestawień, prezentacji
Tworzenie i aktualizowanie plików w arkuszu kalkulacyjnym Excel oraz korzystanie z narzędzi cyfrowych wspierających pracę zespołu

Nasze wymagania:

Wykształcenie wyższe (mile widziane kierunkowe, w szczególności w kierunku: psychologii, socjologii, ekonomii lub kierunku pokrewnego)
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2
Dobra organizacja pracy oraz umiejętność współpracy w zespole
Umiejętności komunikacyjne i łatwość nawiązywania współpracy
Gotowość do pracy hybrydowej i dojazdów w ciągu dnia na sesje AC w różnych lokalizacjach firmy
Praktyczna znajomość pakietu MS Office

Mile widziane:

Doświadczenia w projektach HR, rekrutacjnych lub organizacji wydarzeń
Znajomość języka niemieckiego
