Senior business solutions consultant (warsaw or lublin)

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Solutions Consultant to support presales and business development activities for the CGI EZD solution, with a focus on document management and workflow processes. In this role, you will analyze business and technical requirements, prepare tender responses and deliver solution presentations. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams, managing multiple opportunities and submission deadlines. We are looking for candidates based in Warsaw or Lublin, with hybrid working options.

Job responsibilities:

• Analyze tender documentation, identify business and technical requirements, and contribute to bid preparation for public and private sector procurement processes.
• Translate customer needs and procurement requirements into system functionalities and solution concepts.
• Prepare effort estimates, solution proposals and technical and functional input for commercial offers.
• Manage multiple concurrent presales activities and ensure timely completion of assigned bid deliverables.
• Independently configure and demonstrate workflow and document management solutions.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations, demonstrations and webinars, clearly explaining how the proposed solutions address business needs.
• Represent CGI at industry events and conferences, including delivering presentations and speaking sessions.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, delivery and technical teams throughout the presales process.
• Monitor competing solutions and relevant technology trends to help identify opportunities for solution development and differentiation.
• Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of sales, marketing and presales materials.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• At least 3 years of experience in analyzing tender documentation and preparing bids for IT solutions, covering the process from the publication of tender documentation through to bid submission.
• Experience with Polish public procurement processes. Experience in private sector procurement is also welcome, provided it includes exposure to public procurement.
• Strong technical understanding and an engineering mindset, with the ability to assess requirements and discuss solution feasibility with technical teams.
• Knowledge of workflow and document management technologies, relevant project tools and competing solutions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations, deliver solution demonstrations and speak at industry events.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw clear, logical conclusions from complex documentation.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, take initiative and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Practical proficiency in AI.
• English language skills at a communicative level or above; fluent in Polish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
• A collaborative approach and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel.
