The Titles Processor is responsible for processing title-related transactions and requests accurately and efficiently within established service level agreements (SLAs). The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of requests while maintaining operational excellence and compliance with company standards.

Position Responsibilities:

• Review, validate, and process title-related requests in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Analyze supporting documentation to determine the appropriate action required for each transaction.
• Ensure all requests are completed accurately and within prescribed turnaround times.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all processed transactions.
• Adhere to business processes, operational controls, and compliance requirements.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies, risks, or process issues as necessary.
• Participate in calibration exercises and process reviews to support quality improvement initiatives.
• Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics.
• Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management.

Required Qualifications:

• College Graduate in any field.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Knowledge of Streetscape, BPM, LARS and Licensing Process is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good attendance record.
• Team player.
