Description and Requirements

What You'll Do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the business.
• Analyze P&L performance, profitability drivers, and identify financial risks and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in monthly financial closing processes and prepare financial performance reports.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, explaining variances and business drivers.
• Partner with regional and local stakeholders to provide financial insights that support decision-making.
• Collaborate with international teams on reporting, follow-up activities, and financial analysis.
• Communicate financial results and recommendations through presentations, reports, and discussions in English with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with strong financial exposure.
• Experience or academic exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, controlling, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements and financial drivers.
• Ability to identify risks, opportunities, and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
• High learning agility, proactivity, and willingness to ask questions and challenge existing processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced English (required) for daily communication in a regional environment.
