As an Assistant Procurement Manager for Processing Equipment at Nestlé Global Procurement, your mission is to manage commercial and sourcing activities within our global Processing Equipment category. Reporting to the Global Category Manager, you will support the execution of regional and global category strategies through strategic sourcing processes, tools, and policies. We operate on a truly global scale, bringing together over 40 nationalities across three dynamic hubs in Switzerland, Panama, and Malaysia. How you’ll make an impact as an Assistant Procurement Manager - Processing Equipment

• Preparing and executing negotiation events - seeking best TCO contracts and beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers as approved by the Category Procurement managers.
• Contributing to the global sourcing strategy with regional input by implementing the communication and supplier management plan.
• Supporting contracts negotiations, ensuring the most beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers are in line with the strategy.
• Ensuring compliance with Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles, policies and standards.
• Support the category team with data analysis and KPIs.

What will make you successful

• Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or Engineering, combined with proven Procurement experience, ideally within technical categories.
• Strong track record of developing and implementing sourcing strategies that deliver competitive advantage, while effectively managing supplier relationships, risks, and responsible sourcing initiatives.
• High learning agility and adaptability, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-changing global environment.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong interest in technical industries and the ability to influence across a complex organization.
• Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a big plus.
