Hiring Technical Recruiter | Hybrid in Karachi

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to support and grow relationships with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
  • Understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
  • Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
  • Must possess BBA/MBA/BS in Business Management, HR & other relevant domain.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience working in a recruitment or HR services environment (a plus).
  • Experience in using any ATS (Application Tracking System).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Other Details:

Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, KHI

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite | 2 Days WFH)

Working Days & Hours: Mon to Fri - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
