This is a customer facing technology consulting role, specifically responsible for post live support, troubleshooting issues, identifying client business requirements and configuring NCR software solutions to meet customer needs and drive business value. This role requires a combination of responsibilities and skills that enable a candidate to instill confidence in our expertise in implementing NCR solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/SE with 5 years of customer facing and support experience.
• Previous experience with NCR will be beneficial.
• Approximately 15-25% travel is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SQL experience is preferred
• Microsoft Server Product Knowledge preferred
• Previous experience within ATM/banking industry preferred
