Role Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for crafting visually compelling social first and campaign driven creative that elevates brand presence across digital platforms. This role exists to translate creative strategy into refined visual systems that reflect the sophistication expected by premium and luxury audiences.

As a senior member of the creative team, you are responsible for maintaining high execution standards, supporting junior designers, and ensuring creative consistency across fast paced campaign environments. This role also plays a key part in ensuring creative output remains strategically aligned, culturally relevant, and platform native across all digital touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

Creative Execution & Visual Systems

• Design visually compelling social media content including static posts, carousels, stories, campaign assets, and branded content.
• Translate creative concepts and strategy into elegant visual systems tailored for digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain the visual identity of campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Adapt creative assets into multiple formats while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Ensure visual systems align with platform behaviour, audience expectations, and campaign objectives.

Creative Quality & Mentorship

• Review and refine work produced by junior designers.
• Maintain high standards of visual consistency, composition, typography, and execution.
• Provide constructive feedback and support the development of junior designers through ongoing creative guidance.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, strategists, content creators, and community managers.
• Ensure cohesive storytelling and alignment between visuals, messaging, and platform requirements.
• Contribute to campaign ideation and creative discussions.
• Support integrated campaign execution across content, creative, and media initiatives where required.

Creative Innovation

• Continuously explore design trends, digital formats, and platform behaviours.
• Contribute fresh ideas and references that keep creative output contemporary and culturally relevant.
• Stay informed on evolving platform aesthetics and premium digital design trends.
• Monitor emerging luxury, fashion, lifestyle, and digital culture trends relevant to Tribe X client sectors.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Must Have

• 4+ years of graphic design experience in agency or brand environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media campaigns and digital creative work.
• Advanced proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of social media formats and platform specific design requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and visual composition.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social first creative systems and platform native design formats.
• Ability to operate effectively within fast paced, agile creative environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for luxury, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Basic motion or animation skills.
• Understanding of performance driven design and content optimisation.
• Interest in culture, fashion, and luxury trends.
