The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who enjoys continuous learning, values teamwork, and is passionate about delivering an excellent recruitment experience. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality recruitment services to our clients in line with agreed service levels, ensuring strong candidate quality and a positive hiring manager experience. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Sourcing, Recruitment Administration, and other teams to deliver seamless and effective recruitment solutions. Key Accountabilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across APAC
• Conduct intake meetings and translate hiring requirements into sourcing strategies
• Proactively identify and engage active and passive candidates
• Build sustainable pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
• Screen and assess candidates and provide qualified shortlists
• Manage candidates through interview, selection, offer and onboarding
• Build strong relationships with local hiring managers and HR stakeholders
• Provide relevant talent-market insights and sourcing recommendations
• Maintain effective recruitment administration and reporting
• Work onsite in Shanghai twice per week to strengthen stakeholder engagement and integration with the local business

Ideal candidate:

• Fluent/native Cantonese
• Senior Recruiter with strong professional English
• Proven 360 recruitment capability
• Strong knowledge of the Malaysia and Hong Kong talent market
• Preferably MNC plus healthcare, medical devices, FMCG, retail or commercial recruitment experience

Skills & Requirements

• Fluent/native Cantonese, spoken and written
• Strong professional English
• Based in Malaysia
• Able to work onsite twice per week
• Proven 360 / end-to-end recruitment experience
• Strong direct sourcing, headhunting and talent-mapping capability
• Experience managing recruitment from intake through sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding
• Strong stakeholder-management capability
• Comfortable managing multiple vacancies independently
• Good knowledge of the Malaysia and Hongkong talent market
