Senior Client Accounting Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting records for a portfolio of clients
• Prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules
• Assist with management reporting and financial information
• Handle VAT reporting and related compliance matters
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and client requests

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounting or Audit
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
• Exposure to VAT reporting and financial reconciliations
• Fluent in Maltese and English
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
