Job Description

We are seeking a highly autonomous Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive architectural excellence across our digital ecosystem. You will own end-to-end technical solutions, designing secure, scalable, and reliable services. Acting as a core pillar of our Platform Engineering team, your mission is to refactor fragmented product capabilities into a centralized, event-driven platform hosted on GCP. We rely on your system-level thinking to eliminate technical debt, ensure production stability, and accelerate time-to-market.

End-to-End Solution Ownership:

Architect, build, and deploy secure, scalable, and reliable features, taking accountability from database schema design through to UI delivery.

Platform Refactoring & IAM:

Extract complex business logic from four monolithic products into centralized, reusable platform services. Implement robust tenant onboarding and authorization via Auth0.

Technical Leadership & Alignment:

Collaborate closely with Product and Design to translate business requirements into technical reality. Drive engineering standards through technical design docs (RFCs), rigorous code reviews, and team mentorship.

Operational Excellence:

Build for "day-two" operations. Instrument applications with robust logging, metrics, and monitoring (utilizing GCP-native or agnostic observability tools) to proactively identify bottlenecks and ensure system reliability.

We require an expert capable of navigating the entire stack with a strong emphasis on modern cloud infrastructure and automated quality.

Core Languages & Frameworks:

Expert proficiency in TypeScript across both client and server. Deep experience with React and Next.js, alongside advanced server-side engineering using Node.js.

API & Data:

Proven ability to design and maintain secure REST APIs and GraphQL services. Deep hands-on experience with Postgres databases (relational design, migrations, query optimization).

Cloud & DevOps:

Deployment and operational experience on GCP (Google Cloud Platform). Hands-on fluency with GitHub and GitHub Actions for robust CI/CD pipelines.

Proven Track Record:

5+ years of full-stack engineering with a demonstrated history of operating at a senior, highly autonomous level.

System-Level Thinking & EDA:

Practical experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, asynchronous messaging, and transitioning monoliths to decoupled services.

Quality Mandate:

Uncompromising commitment to high-quality code, automated testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E), and secure software development lifecycles (SSDLC).

Problem Solving:

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to foresee edge cases, understand cross-system dependencies, and architect for long-term maintainability.
