Looking for a new challenge? Join Eleveight! We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the insurance sector and are looking for an HR Business Analyst to take on the following responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Analyze HR data and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and workforce trends.
• Translate HR business requirements into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Ensure HR data quality, consistency, accuracy, and governance.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and HRIS teams to optimize data integration and reporting processes.
• Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and automated reporting solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic HR decision-making.
• Support HR teams in adopting dashboards and People Analytics best practices.

Profile required

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, HRIS, or Business Intelligence. Proven experience working with HR data and collaborating with HR stakeholders. Previous experience in consulting or cross-functional environments is a plus.

Skills & Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data integration.
• Good understanding of HR processes, workforce analytics, and HR KPIs.
• Experience in data quality management and data governance.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems is highly valued.

Languages:

Proficiency in French or Dutch, with the ability to communicate in the other language and in English.

• Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and HR business stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
