Job Description Strategic Staffing Solutions client a digital marketing agency that partners with B2B media and events companies to deliver impactful audience growth and engagement strategies is seeking new team members. They are expanding their content team with a new writer based in the Riga office, working alongside their US-based writers so we can support clients across time zones.

About the role: This is a full-time role on a distributed team. You’ll write across email, digital, and social campaigns for a portfolio of B2B media, publishing, and events clients, each with its own voice and audience. Because our writers sit in both Europe and the US, we ask for some daily overlap with the US team and value proactive, clear async communication.

What you’ll do:

• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for email marketing and digital campaigns aimed at professional B2B audiences
• Create event marketing content, promoting webinars, virtual summits, and in-person events to drive registrations and attendance
• Ideate and produce social media content across a range of platforms
• Adapt tone and style to match each client’s brand, switching confidently between multiple voices
• Collaborate on creative concepts and support copy and design alignment
• Write with lead generation in mind, using compelling subject lines, strong CTAs, and copy built to convert
• Use email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Stripo
• Use Canva at a basic level to support visual content as needed
• Help maintain brand voice, tone, and consistency across channels and clients

What we’re looking for:

• Near-native written English (C1/C2) with strong, versatile writing skills
• At least 1 year of content writing experience, ideally for B2B digital and email marketing
• Experience writing for events, webinars, or demand-generation campaigns is a strong plus
• Flexible and highly detail-oriented, comfortable managing several concurrent campaigns and deadlines
• Able to work independently in a remote, cross-time-zone team and communicate proactively
• Comfort with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Stripo, and Canva
• A good eye for visual design and layout (nice to have rather than essential)

Work hours: 11:00 - 19:00

Salary: 1500 - 1800 EUR gross
