Junior fullstack (java + react) developer

What you will do

• Contribute to one of our most business-critical systems
• Build React UI components with TypeScript and Material UI
• Develop Java microservices with Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Integrate with other business systems using REST APIs
• Write clean, tested and maintainable code
• Work in an AI-assisted workflow: we use Claude Code and JetBrains AI daily and experiment with new AI tools
• Share your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing to team-wide learning and growth

What we expect

• Have at least 1 year of experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Have experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Are comfortable with Git, Gradle and Docker
• Have experience developing integrated systems (REST, SOAP)
• Have solid SQL skills with relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL
• Care about code quality and maintainability: code reviews and unit tests are part of your workflow
• Can read and reason about code you didn’t write, including AI-generated code, rather than accepting it as-is
• Are eager to learn and share knowledge with others
• Communicate well in English, both spoken and written
• Excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, JetBrains AI or similar)
• Testing with Jest or React Testing Library
• Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Kafka or similar messaging and streaming platforms

Gross salary for this position:

1500-2500 EUR/month.
