🔎 We are now looking for an Account Manager CIS for Roundtrip – our young and rapidly growing brand for corporate clients. In this pivotal role, you will focus on making our clients across the CIS region truly successful with Roundtrip, constantly identifying and driving new business opportunities.

Location: Kazakhstan (hybrid format).

Job Responsibilities

This is not a customer support role. Your goal is to make clients successful with Roundtrip while continuously identifying opportunities to grow their business with us.

• Own, Retain & Grow Your Portfolio: Take full commercial ownership of your assigned accounts. Build long-term relationships, protect existing business, increase product adoption, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and booking volumes;
• Drive Account Growth Through Data: Regularly analyze client booking behavior, spend patterns, product usage, missed opportunities, and other relevant metrics. Turn data into actionable account growth plans rather than relying on assumptions;
• Act as a Strategic Advisor: Help clients understand where they can reduce travel costs, improve operational efficiency, automate processes, and strengthen travel policy compliance. Translate Roundtrip and industry data into recommendations relevant to each client's business;
• Develop Relationships Across Multiple Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with different client POCs across HR, Accounting, Procurement, Travel, Administration, and management. Understand their individual priorities and adapt your communication accordingly;
• Lead Business Reviews: Prepare and conduct structured client reviews using data, business insights, savings opportunities, product adoption metrics, and clear recommendations for next steps;
• Identify Expansion Opportunities: Spot opportunities for additional booking volume, new services, new business units, entities, or countries within existing accounts and proactively move those opportunities forward;
• Handle Commercial Conversations & Negotiations: Be comfortable discussing pricing, commercial terms, client expectations, and business value. Protect both the client's interests and Roundtrip's long-term profitability;
• Solve Problems Like an Owner: Move quickly when something is blocking client success. When a standard solution does not exist, work across internal teams to find a practical alternative instead of simply passing the problem along;
• Create a Strong Product Feedback Loop: Become an expert in our evolving product. Gather structured feedback from clients, identify recurring needs and friction points, and translate them into useful insights for Product and other internal teams;
• Maintain Strong CRM Discipline: Keep account activities, stakeholders, opportunities, risks, next steps, and commercial potential accurately reflected in CRM. Use data to prioritize your portfolio and provide reliable forecasts;
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Support, Accounting, Product, Finance, Legal and other teams to remove blockers, improve the client experience, and unlock account growth.

Location: You must reside in Kazakhstan (ability to work in a hybrid format);

Commercial Account Management: Proven experience managing and growing B2B accounts, with a focus on retention, expansion, and long-term client value;

Data-Driven Thinking: Comfortable using client and performance data to identify risks, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement;

Strong Commercial Mindset: Understands revenue, profitability, client value, and the business impact behind account decisions;

Stakeholder Management & Communication: Able to build strong relationships with different client POCs, adapt communication style, and confidently handle business reviews and commercial discussions;

Ownership & Problem Solving: Proactive, independent, and comfortable finding practical solutions in an evolving environment without waiting for perfect processes;

Fast Learner & Highly Organized: Able to quickly master a complex product, manage multiple accounts and priorities, and maintain strong CRM discipline;

Language knowledge: Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
