Within 5 minutes walk from the station. No transfers. Project locations in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, etc. (No transfers). The work location will be decided considering your preferences and commuting time.

Working Hours

Completely off on weekends and holidays. 09:00 to 18:00. Actual working hours: 8 hours/day. Actual working hours: 9:00 to 18:00 (8 hours of actual work). Note that this may vary depending on the project.

Overtime is about 10 to 15 hours per month. Of course, we can accommodate requests such as "I want a project with zero overtime!"

Salary

Monthly salary: 300,000 yen to 600,000 yen (Estimated annual income: 3,600,000 yen to 7,200,000 yen). The above amount includes deemed overtime pay. Overtime beyond this will be fully paid.

Deemed overtime pay: 41,000 yen to 82,000 yen/month. Deemed overtime hours: 20 hours/month.

The monthly salary amount will be determined considering experience, skills, and previous salary.

Salary guarantee (guaranteeing 110% or more of previous annual salary!)

We can accommodate requests such as "I want a large-scale project," "I want to be involved from upstream processes such as requirements definition," and "I want a project with zero overtime."

Annual Income Examples

• 28-year-old open system SE / Previous annual income: 3.6 million yen → After changing jobs to our company: annual income 4.8 million yen
• 35-year-old open system SE / Previous annual income: 4.7 million yen → After changing jobs to our company: annual income 6 million yen

Super fast salary increase system available! We have the opportunity for salary increases 4 times a year, so it is possible to increase your salary as soon as 3 months after joining!

The base salary will increase, leading to an increase in annual income. We constantly check the work of engineers within the company. While communicating, we return each individual's efforts in salary.

Trial Period

There is a trial period. The length of the trial period: 6 months. Employment type and salary are the same as during regular employment.

• 3,600,000 yen / 2nd year after joining, Java programmer, 26 years old
• 4,800,000 yen / 3rd year after joining, PHP programmer, 26 years old
