Job Description

At a major real estate management company, you will be responsible for the integration development that connects cloud services (SaaS) used for tenant support and contract management with the company's core internal systems via API.

You will develop and modify integration processes to ensure that data such as tenant applications, contract renewals, and repair requests are correctly transferred between systems through APIs. If integration errors occur, you will check the logs to investigate the cause and perform data re-integration or process modifications.

Initially, you will understand the overall picture of the integration and the correspondence of data items, starting with the maintenance and minor modifications of existing integration processes. The decision on the integration method and coordination with related departments will be primarily handled by the leader, so you will not be solely responsible for the overall design immediately after joining.

The project is carried out in a team of multiple members, allowing you to consult with senior engineers, providing an environment to gain experience in highly demanded system integration.

Tasks Assigned Immediately After Joining

• Maintenance and modification of existing API integration processes
• Log checking and cause investigation of integration errors
• Confirmation and updating of data item correspondence table (mapping)
• Execution of unit tests and integration tests
• Documentation of modification contents

Initially, you will understand the flow of data between real estate management operations and systems through existing integration processes. The integration specifications are documented, allowing you to proceed while checking the specification documents.

Tasks Assigned After Gaining Experience

• Design and development of new SaaS integrations
• Consideration of integration methods (real-time/batch)
• Creation of error monitoring and resending mechanisms
• Configuration and customization on the SaaS side
• Specification adjustments with related departments

By gaining experience, you will be involved not only in maintenance but also in integration design. In the future, you can aim to become a system engineer for integration infrastructure or a cloud integration engineer.

Qualifications

Only experienced candidates are sought:

• Development experience in Java, C#, or Python (approximately 2 years)
• Experience in developing or using REST APIs
• Experience in developing or configuring SaaS such as kintone or Salesforce (preferred)

Within 5 minutes walk from the station
1-3 Nakase, Mihama-ku, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture (Nearest station: Kaihin-Makuhari)

Working Hours

Complete weekends and holidays off
09:00 - 18:00
Actual working hours: 8 hours/day

Salary

Monthly salary: 220,000 - 400,000 yen (Estimated annual income: 3,520,000 - 6,400,000 yen)

Trial period: Yes
Length of trial period: 6 months
Employment type and salary are the same as during regular employment.
