Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Manager, Renewals - Territory Accounts to lead a team of Renewals Representatives focused on customer retention, renewal performance, and revenue protection. Your primary focus will be developing your team to achieve and exceed renewal and revenue targets while delivering a strong customer experience. You will coach the team on renewal execution, negotiation, forecasting, and customer engagement while supporting their professional development. You will work closely with Territory Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, the Channel Team, ecosystem partners, and distributors to drive successful renewal outcomes and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

This role follows a Sunday through Thursday working schedule and requires working from the designated Autodesk office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Renewals Representatives supporting Territory Accounts
• Achieve and exceed team targets for renewals, customer retention, and revenue
• Motivate the team through regular coaching, renewal reviews, sales skills development, and communication of results
• Own renewal pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring visibility into opportunities, risks, and expected outcomes
• Coach the team to proactively identify renewal risks, overcome customer objections, and successfully close renewals
• Report on team and individual performance, including renewal rates, pipeline progression, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment
• Partner with Territory Sales and Customer Success to align on customer priorities, health, renewal risks, and growth opportunities
• Work closely with Sales Operations on reporting, forecasting, tools, and process improvements
• Collaborate with the Channel Team, ecosystem partners, and distributors to ensure effective customer coverage and successful renewal execution
• Identify partner or distributor capacity and execution gaps and work with the Channel Team to address them
• Identify expansion opportunities within renewing accounts and coordinate with the appropriate sales teams
• Develop team members for the next step in their careers through regular coaching, feedback, and development planning

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales, renewals, account management, or a related commercial role within a B2B, SaaS, or technology environment
• 5+ years of people management experience, preferably leading a quota-carrying or customer-facing commercial team
• Proven experience achieving or exceeding sales, renewal, retention, or revenue targets
• Strong experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance management
• Strong coaching and people development skills
• Customer-focused, commercially minded, and adaptive in your leadership approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume customer segments
• Experience working with channel partners, ecosystem partners, and distributors
• Salesforce or comparable CRM and forecasting experience
