What you'll be doing...

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Flagship Designer Outlet in Serravalle. We are looking for a Senior Retail Manager to look after the top 20+ luxury brands at McArthurGlen. You will be responsible for the achievement of the centre’s sales and income budgets through the development and delivery of the retail, client management and commercialisation strategies and managing the Retail team. This is a permanent position, looking after a team of 4 direct reports. This role reports to the Centre Manager for Serravalle.

To be successful you’ll bring...

• Educated to degree standard or equivalent
• Excellent written & spoken English. Other languages useful.
• Proven retail management experience at area or regional level within a fast paced, high performing retail brand
• Passionate about all aspects of the retail industry
• Effective reporting and analytical skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience of managing teams including store manager level upwards
• MS Office skills: Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
