Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Rome. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience who are eager to start their career in a dynamic and international environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contacting customers to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement.
• Scheduling service appointments according to established processes and guidelines.
• Informing customers about ongoing promotions, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
• Delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Working closely with team members to achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or a related field preferred.
• Professional proficiency in Italian.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
