What You'll Do

BCG's Knowledge Team works hand in hand with case and proposal teams, delivering original research, analysis, and expert source know-how, primarily on Hungarian and Southeast European markets, and contributing to BCG's growing knowledge base.

As a Knowledge Team Trainee, you'll support case teams in the following areas:

• Delivering original analysis and insights to case and proposal teams on research tasks, primarily regarding Hungarian and Southeast European markets
• Providing thought partnership and expert source know-how to case and topic/sector teams
• Sharing topic/sector insights and points of view more broadly within the firm
• Partnering with case teams to identify and address critical knowledge needs
• Preparing accurate, well-developed documents and charts to deliver customized knowledge for client work
• Contributing to BCG's growing knowledge base

YOU'RE GOOD AT

You're self-directed and flexible, able to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You bring attention to detail, persistence, and good numerical, analytical, and communication skills to respond to information requests accurately and rapidly.

What You'll Bring

Formally enrolled in a university programme (preferably 2nd/3rd year of Bachelor's or 1st year of Master's), or a recent university graduate

Experience with Windows-based software (MS Office, etc.) and substantial knowledge of online databases

Fluent Hungarian and English

Who You'll Work With

You'll partner closely with case and proposal teams and with topic/sector experts across the firm, sharing insights and knowledge more broadly within BCG, and reporting into the Knowledge Team as noted above.
