Compensation Specialist – Your future position?

In this position, you will own and deliver assigned global compensation processes and programs, providing subject matter expertise, analytical insights, and advisory support to HR stakeholders. You will drive operational excellence, compliance, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across compensation activities.

This position is a maternity cover until likely August 2028. Therefore, it is offered as a temporary contract, with the possibility of transferring to a permanent role in the future.

In this role, you will:

• Own and manage compensation processes and cycles, ensuring effective execution, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Lead compensation surveys, benchmarking, market analysis, job evaluations, pay equity reviews, and salary structure assessments
• Provide expert compensation guidance, market insights, and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders
• Support Equal Pay and Pay Transparency initiatives through analysis, reporting, monitoring, and remediation activities
• Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and HR decision-making
• Maintain compensation documentation, systems, tools, and data quality while meeting agreed service levels and KPIs
• Drive issue resolution, stakeholder collaboration, and process optimization across countries, regions, and compensation programs

Your profile:

• College or University degree
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant HR role (compensation, benefits and rewards or similar)
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Excel, including analysis of large and complex data sets
• Strong numerical skills, data accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to identify trends, investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions
• Experience in compensation modelling, benchmarking, reporting, and data visualisation tools is an advantage
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
