Do you enjoy solving complex technical problems? Are you passionate about electric vehicles, diagnostics, and supporting workshop professionals? MSX International is looking for Automotive Technical Support Specialists to support one of the most innovative electric vehicle brands on the market.
In this role, you will act as the primary technical interface between the brand and its authorized service network, helping retailers diagnose vehicle concerns, investigate technical issues, and deliver effective repair solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for automotive professionals who want to move beyond workshop operations and develop their expertise within an international technical support environment.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will support authorized service partners across Europe by providing technical guidance, diagnostic expertise, and case management support for vehicle-related concerns. You will take ownership of technical cases from investigation through resolution while ensuring compliance with OEM standards and service quality expectations.
