Are you an experienced automotive professional passionate about diagnostics, troubleshooting and vehicle technology?

Join our international team as an Automotive Technical Help Desk Engineer and support technicians and repairers across Europe in solving complex vehicle concerns. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced automotive technologies, collaborate with industry experts and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical assistance and diagnostic guidance to authorized repairers and independent workshops.
• Support the investigation of complex vehicle concerns and root cause analysis.
• Assist technicians throughout the repair process.
• Document technical cases and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate field support activities when required.
• Collaborate with engineers, technical teams and dealership personnel.
• Escalate cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up.
• Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies through ongoing training.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of experience in automotive diagnostics, technical support or dealership workshop environments.
• Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Experience using automotive diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of EV and Hybrid vehicles is highly desirable.
• Technical qualification in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
