Just imagine helping make anti-corruption, sanctions and export control requirements clear, proportionate and workable across a complex international business. Then make it real.
The role combines development of anti-corruption, sanctions and export control frameworks and policies with risk-based compliance advisory work and senior-level expertise in complex commercial contracting and negotiations.
As our Senior Manager, Anti-Corruption, Ethics & Compliance, you'll add specialist expertise across anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions and export controls, where compliance strategy, commercial contracts and practical risk management come together. You'll contribute to the priorities and direction of the LEGO® Group's anti-corruption, sanctions and export controls work, providing senior, risk-based guidance on complex matters. This is a permanent role.
What matters most is your ability to apply sound judgement, deliver practical advice and build trusted relationships across different markets and cultures.

After your first year, you're a trusted adviser delivering timely, risk-based guidance and helping strengthen contractual safeguards, controls and compliance activities. You'll contribute to the team's priorities around governance, risk assessments, monitoring, reporting and practical business guidance.
