This role is focused on assisting with the global immigration requirements of our clients' employees. It involves ensuring adherence to Immigration Laws and Regulations and delivering outstanding client service. The global immigration coordination manager plays a vital role as they will be leading a global client account. They engage in close collaboration with various Vialto immigration teams, third-party service providers, corporate clients, individual employees, government entities, and various stakeholders. This collaboration is essential for facilitating efficient and well-coordinated immigration processes. The manager's responsibilities are crucial in overseeing the complexities of global immigration programs and procedures and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.
5+ years of professional experience.
Experience in managing global immigration accounts within a corporate organization or as a professional service provider / law firm for other organizations.
Experience in managing a team of global immigration Associates and Senior Associates
Experience in global mobility (e.g. global coordination, immigration advisory) is required.
This position is for: London location
Regular contract
Hybrid model (3 days in the office)
