What the day will look like

Working within our highly respected UK Construction team you'll ensure the highest levels of service and technical advice are delivered to our portfolio of clientele. Daily responsibilities will include:

• Piecing together and preparing market presentations to broke clients’ enquiries to insurers – including Project Specific placements and Latent Defects coverage.
• Negotiate policy terms for clients
• Attend and arrange meetings with clients, underwriters and colleagues
• Complying with regulatory and other standards as directed by line management including helping to build accurate and timely documentation, drafting of bespoke slip and wording for stamping by insurers, record keeping and file notes.
• Identifying revenue development opportunities on allocated client accounts and making recommendations to Client Managers
• Liaising and interacting with broking colleagues in Construction, Commercial Risk and the wider Aon network
• Accurate updating and reporting from spreadsheets
