At Swiss Re, we're reimagining how Life and Health insurers harness the power of data and AI. If you're passionate about building software products that make a real difference to how underwriting decisions are made – more efficiently, more transparently, and with better evidence – this could be the role for you.
As part of the Data-Driven Underwriting & Analytics team, you will manage the product lifecycle for assigned capabilities within our underwriting solutions portfolio, with an initial focus on Underwriting Assistant. You will work closely with fellow Product Managers, regional underwriting experts, clients, business analysts, UX designers, technology teams, and external partners. The role combines product direction with hands-on requirements, prioritisation and release readiness, balancing regional needs with a coherent global product.
The Data-Driven Underwriting & Analytics team works at the intersection of underwriting, technology and data within Life & Health Solutions. We collaborate across regions and disciplines to develop solutions that help insurers make better use of evidence and insights, improve underwriting workflows and realise value from using data and AI.
You are a curious, driven, and experienced software Product Manager who thrives on connecting business needs with technology. You bring structure and clarity to complex topics, and you know how to influence and inspire colleagues across teams and geographies without relying on formal authority. You're equally comfortable in a client conversation, a backlog refinement session, or a strategic planning workshop.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week. #LI-Hybrid
