About the role:

As a Junior I&C Training Instructor you will help deliver high-quality technical training programs focused on Instrumentation & Control systems for nuclear power plants. You will combine your technical expertise and interest for teaching to develop training materials and deliver engaging classroom, laboratory, and practical training sessions. This is a full-time job.

You will report to the Operations and Technical Training Manager and be located at our HQ in Madrid. You will work with colleagues in both Spain and the United States to ensure training programs reflect operational needs and industry best practices. This is a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and remote work.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and review technical training materials for Instrumentation & Control systems.
• Support the digitalization of training programs by providing technical expertise for the development, and adaptation of instructional content to new learning platforms and digital training tools.
• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and practical training sessions to internal and external audiences.
• Prepare, administer, and evaluate examinations and trainee performance.
• Apply adult learning principles instructional techniques to enhance knowledge retention and engagement.
• Incorporate operating experience, lessons learned, and industry best practices into training programs.
• Maintain training records and documentation within learning management systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure technical accuracy of training content.
• Support qualification programs and workforce development plans.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials, methods, and processes.
• Provide technical expertise to company partners and customers.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in technical training, instructional material development, or digital learning solutions.
• Knowledge of Instrumentation & Control systems and industrial processes.
• Experience in technical training, technical documentation, or knowledge transfer activities.
• Interest for teaching and developing technical talent.
• Customer-focused mindset and collaborative approach.
• Availability for occasional international travel.
