Just imagine shaping a global ticketing and pricing strategy that helps more guests experience LEGO® Discovery Centres. Then make it real.
Please note that relocation support is not available for this role.
As our Senior Manager, Ticketing & Revenue Management, you'll own global pricing, ticketing and revenue optimisation for LEGO® Discovery Centres. You'll help drive visitation, revenue and yield through data-led commercial decisions. You'll shape consistent approaches across multiple global locations while balancing growth, guest value, brand and local market needs. And you'll establish the governance and insights that make those decisions work in practice.
If you've worked in a role where you managed multi-market pricing or revenue, used data to optimise commercial performance and governed ticketing, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn complex commercial information into thoughtful, practical choices.
You'll join the LEGO Group's Discovery Centre Sales & Marketing team, helping shape commercial performance across global locations. The team works collaboratively, using data and close partnerships across global, regional and site teams to turn ideas into action. You'll communicate clearly, prioritise effectively and work with a wide range of stakeholders, while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
You'll have embedded stronger pricing and revenue-management practices, improved yield and strengthened ticketing governance and execution. You'll have created more consistent and effective processes across multiple locations while keeping local market needs in view. You'll work closely with Sales & Marketing, Operations, Regional Directors, Discovery Centre leaders, Performance Marketing, Trade & Partnerships and Finance.
