Just imagine shaping how the LEGO® brand delights our consumers and fans digitally, and building an ecosystem of connected play experiences that feel seamless, and fun. Then make it real.
As our Principal Product Manager, Ecosystem Connectivity, you'll take on a Director-level product role shaping the strategy for the LEGO® branded ecosystem of digital experiences. You’ll develop and deliver against a vision for consumer-facing apps, websites, and games across the LEGO Group and LEGO Digital Play, bringing multiple teams together around a shared mission to build direct and lasting relationships with millions of LEGO fans across the world. This role is based in our LEGO HQ in Billund, Denmark. Please note that relocation support is not available for this role.
Shape a digital product strategy for how the LEGO Branded ecosystem shows up online, connecting consumer-facing digital experiences across the LEGO Group and LEGO Digital Play. Drive clarity & agreement on priorities across multiple digital product domains, so we deliver a seamless user experience across experiences using the LEGO Brand. Guide how new digital experiences connect with central services such as LEGO Account, consent, behavioural tracking, moderation, minifigure avatars and moderation. Establish regular prioritisation rhythms across Product, Engineering and Design to translate strategy to direction, allowing teams to move at pace against a shared mission. Identify evidence-led opportunities that make digital experiences more cohesive for consumers and build brand love.
If you've created inspiring product strategies and built delightful user experiences online, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is turning insight into prioritised action and measurable value while bringing people around a shared direction.
You'll join our Product team within Digital Consumer Engagement, working closely with Product, Engineering and Design colleagues across the business. It's a highly collaborative environment where you'll bring clarity to complex topics, tell a compelling product story and help teams find common ground. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build upon a wide portfolio of experiences that engage kids, adults, parents, and families with the LEGO Brand – the products in our portfolio include LEGO Builder, kids.LEGO.com, the LEGO Play App, LEGO Magazine, LEGO Ideas, BrickLink, and more.
You'll have established a clear and compelling strategy for our connected digital ecosystem and a regular rhythm for prioritising the opportunities that matter most. You'll help create fun and engaging ways for consumers and fans to engage with the LEGO Brand online, while balancing the priorities across multiple domains within the company. As LEGO Digital Play scales up, you'll identify where shared services and priorities can help the LEGO® Brand show up consistently across digital experiences.
