We are looking for a Marketing Specialist Immunology who is Collaborative, Curious, and Care-focused to join our Immunology Marketing team, based at our UCB office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

About the role

You will help turn scientific understanding and patient needs into clear, compliant marketing activities. Working in close collaboration with the Marketing Lead, you will help translate strategic priorities into impactful local marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across activities, channels, and customer engagement efforts. You are going to support the operational delivery of local plans across dermatology and rheumatology, creating and adapting content for digital and printed channels. Through careful coordination, curiosity, and care, you will help ensure materials are accurate, relevant, timely, and accessible to healthcare communities. Your contribution will help the team foster meaningful engagement while maintaining quality and compliance.

Who you will work with

You will work within a supportive Immunology Marketing team across dermatology and rheumatology. You are going to collaborate with marketing colleagues, digital specialists, medical, regulatory, sales, and external agencies. Together, you will share ideas, coordinate practical activities, and keep projects progressing. You will contribute as a trusted team member in an environment that values learning, thoughtful scientific communication, mutual support, and care for people living with severe diseases.

What you will do

• Support operational delivery of local marketing and communication plans.
• Adapt global content into relevant Danish materials across channels.
• Coordinate content with marketing, medical, regulatory, sales, and agencies.
• Manage content updates while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Monitor timelines, approvals, and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Support compliant events, educational materials, and digital engagement activities.

Interested?

For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

• Degree in life sciences, business, healthcare, or marketing.
• Work experience in a hands-on marketing role in pharmaceuticals.
• Experience supporting digital marketing, content development, or healthcare communication activities.
• Professional fluency in Danish and comfortable working knowledge of English.
• Collaborative approach with confidence working across functions and external partners.
• Organized, reliable working style for coordinating several projects and deadlines.
• Curious, hands-on mindset with care for accuracy, compliance, and continuous learning.
