Millions of people wear Pandora to say something about themselves. Behind that sit two of the biggest levers on the company's results: a marketing investment among the largest in the industry, and the profitability of the jewellery itself.
You will build and run its engine keeping the Product and Marketing finance team connected to the financial heartbeat of the company: one planning calendar, one reporting standard, cost control across worldwide envelopes, and an automation toolchain that makes reporting produce itself. You are shaping how this team runs, and the role grows as the toolchain does. As we build the team capabilities, we continue delivering results every quarter, budget every autumn, and the value optimization discipline that funds our growth.
This is a role for someone who is a pace setter, taking real pride in a rhythm that builds credibility, and who wants to modernize how the work gets done.
Reporting into the Sr Director, Global Product & Marketing Finance, you will be the backbone of a small, senior team with a mandate from the top of the company, and you contribute by making excellent work systematic.
Did we get your attention? We process applications on a continuous basis, which is why we encourage you to send your application as soon as possible. You can also read more about Pandora on our corporate site www.pandoragroup.com.
You will be working out of our beautiful Head Office in Copenhagen V, established in 2016 and designed to unite and inspire our teams. Besides our beautiful interior design, we are also proud of our LEED Gold Certification for Energy and Environmental Design. This means that we use as few natural resources as possible and that we use them with respect. The result is a professional and dynamic space that is unique, comfortable and inspirational – and delivers a true Pandora experience to anyone who works here or comes to visit.
