Just imagine shaping how the LEGO Group is understood in defining moments, while connecting business, purpose and sustainability into one credible story. Then make it real.
As our Head of Corporate & Sustainability Communications, you'll lead communications that build, protect and strengthen the LEGO Group's corporate reputation globally. You'll bring setting a global communications strategy, corporate storytelling, media relations, issues management, executive communications, sustainability and social impact into one integrated agenda. It's a rare opportunity to guide one of the world’s most reputable brands through complex topics and turn major priorities into relevant, trusted communication.
If you've worked in a role where you anticipated reputation risk, advised senior leaders and connected sustainability with business priorities, you'll feel at home here. Your ability to bring reputation, media and sustainability communications into one coherent approach will be key.
You'll lead the Corporate & Sustainability Communications team, which sits within the broader Corporate Brand Communications organisation. The team builds, protects and strengthens the LEGO Group's reputation globally. You'll work in a collaborative environment that values calm, decisive leadership and clear communication. You'll connect complex priorities into coherent stories, stay close to delivery when needed, and help the team navigate change, scrutiny and ambiguity with care.
Success means anticipating reputation risk, giving trusted and commercially grounded counsel under pressure, and embedding sustainability meaningfully in the corporate story. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll strengthen strategy, crisis readiness, media engagement, team capabilities and measurement. You'll work closely with senior executives, communications colleagues, sustainability and social responsibility partners, and teams across the organisation.
However, please note we do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to any advertised closing date. So, if you're interested in this role we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
