About the role

As our Digital Product Manager, you'll shape how data practitioners prepare and transform data across the LEGO® Data Platform. In this 10-month temporary role, you'll own the journey from data ingestion through transformation to production-ready data. You'll help turn powerful technology into a simple, intuitive product that makes it easier for teams across the LEGO Group to unlock value from data and spend more time creating impact.

Required Qualifications

• Delivered technical product management for a data-intensive or platform-based product
• Built product strategies and roadmaps that aligned user needs with business goals
• Managed products within cloud-based data platforms or ecosystems
• Applied Databricks capabilities to deliver measurable product outcomes
• Led product initiatives that improved adoption, efficiency, or user experience
• Owned technical products that translated complex technology into simple, valuable experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Used hands-on data skills to inform product decisions and prioritisation
• Developed platform or developer experiences that improved how users work with technology

Life on the team

You'll join the Data Office within the LEGO Group's Digital Technology function. We're building the capabilities that help teams ingest, transform, and prepare data with less friction and more freedom to explore. Our team brings together product, engineering, and data practitioners who enjoy solving meaningful challenges together. We work in a flexible hybrid rhythm with regular team touchpoints, shared priorities, and plenty of collaboration. Curiosity, thoughtful problem solving, strong partnerships, a focus on value, and helping people adopt new ways of working are all part of how we create great products together.

What success looks like

Success means helping a sophisticated platform feel simple, intuitive, and enjoyable to use. Over the coming months, we'll focus on simplifying the end-to-end data journey, scaling self-service ingestion and transformation, improving the developer experience, and increasing adoption of the Databricks platform across the LEGO Group. You'll work closely with engineers, service designers, product managers, and stakeholders across the organisation to help build the foundations for the next chapter of data and AI.
