Landfolk is looking for a Digital Product Designer to bring our marketplace, host products and internal tools to life through delightful UX and beautifully crafted UI. You’ll help shape and improve our product, making exceptional stays effortless to discover, host and experience.
We’re looking for a designer, not an artist. A product builder, not a picture maker – someone who cares how things work as much as how they look, for both our users and our internal teams.
You’ll work across the live product and new opportunities. You’ll find friction, frame problems, explore solutions, follow your work through to implementation and iterate based on data/user feedback. Sometimes that means simplifying a booking flow. Sometimes it means improving host onboarding, making an internal workflow easier to manage or making something new completely from scratch.
The way product teams work is changing quickly, as AI tools and vibe coding can shorten the path from an idea to something people can try. We are looking for a designer who uses these tools to explore, build, release experiments and learn quickly. Someone who brings the judgment to know what is useful, what needs testing and what is ready to ship.
This isn't a big company product role where you'll spend months discussing and debating different paths forward. You'll have real influence on what we build and how we build it. Your decisions will ship to production, not disappear into committees.
You'll work on a product that matters to real people. Hosts who depend on us for income, and guests creating memories with family and friends. When you make the product better, you'll see it in their messages and reviews.
We work in focused cycles that give teams clear ownership and time to do meaningful work. The environment is low-distraction, collaborative and informal, with a mix of specialists who care about making the product better.
You have designed and shipped digital products, and can show how your work improved an experience or solved a real problem.
You can work across the full design process, from understanding a problem and shaping the experience to producing polished UI.
You have a strong visual eye and care about craft, clarity and consistency.
You have hands-on experience with vibe coding or AI-assisted product development, and can show how it helped you explore, test and execute an idea.
You’re comfortable working with ambiguity, making trade-offs and moving from an early idea to a practical solution.
You use feedback well and can explain the thinking behind your design decisions.
Figma will be part of your daily work, and you’re more interested in design than coding.
You collaborate closely with engineers and understand how design choices translate into a working product, and you should be comfortable working with code and exploring AI tools.
You have experience designing and shipping apps.
Experience with marketplaces, e-commerce or products with multiple user groups is a plus.
At Landfolk, we believe the most memorable holidays happen in homes that are loved and lived in. We’re united by curiosity and driven by a shared purpose of helping people reconnect with nature, culture and the people they love.
You’ll be part of a fast-growing and purpose-driven company with more than 9000 handpicked holiday homes in Norway, Sweden, Germany, Italy, France, Spain and Denmark.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Aarhus. You’ll work from our office several days a week, with flexibility on others. We’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Don’t send us a generic CV. Show us that you understand Landfolk, both who we are and the identity we’ve built. Show us how you think, the product experiences and final designs you’ve created, and the reasoning behind your decisions.
This is a creative role, so feel free to show that in how you apply. The format is up to you. What matters most is how you tell your story.
When you apply, include:
We review applications and interview candidates on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as you’re ready, and no later than 15 November 2026.
