Job Description

Are you an expert in the field of building automation / MSR and would like to further develop? Do you enjoy interacting with people, see yourself as an interface between clients, project management, and planning teams, and have a great interest in creating added value for all? Then join our interdisciplinary team in technical-economic construction consulting! A high percentage of remote work is possible by arrangement.

• Development of sustainable, innovative building automation concepts and solutions for new buildings and renovations
• Holistic evaluation of specialist planning in the field of building automation in all HOAI phases, identification of planning and interface gaps, and uncovering optimization potentials
• Analysis of all planning documents, especially explanatory reports, floor plans, automation schematics with GA function lists and system integration concepts
• Leading planning meetings, quality monitoring with solution-oriented ideas
• Demonstrating added value for all project participants such as users, investors, operators, and planners
• Additionally exciting tasks in the areas of commissioning management, smart building, lean engineering, and other innovative service areas
• Focus on the realization of buildings with an optimal degree of automation
• Responsibility for your projects and topics

Qualifications

• Ideally successfully completed studies in building automation, supply engineering, energy technology, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification
• Safe handling of the relevant regulations of building automation such as VDI 3814, DIN EN ISO 16484, and the relevant AMEV recommendations
• Ideally relevant professional experience in planning, consulting, or construction
• Great interest in optimization and digitization, quality assurance, environment, and ecology
• Quick comprehension, combined with analytical and networked thinking
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills as well as a good sense for people and issues
